The educational process is carried out by 60 engineering and pedagogical workers, of which: 6 – teachers-methodologists, 5 – senior teachers, 30 have the highest qualification category. There is 1 candidate of technical sciences.
The educational and material base of the college includes: 2 educational buildings with 40 modern classrooms and laboratories, 4 computer classes equipped with new generation equipment with access to the international system “Internet” 4 training and production workshops, a library with a book fund of more than 35,000 copies, a reading room 60 seats, sports center and dining room for 120 seats.
College students are fully provided with dormitory. They have the opportunity to engage in sports sections and amateur art clubs.
College graduates are enrolled in the third year of LNTU educational and qualification level of bachelor of the relevant specialty.

For the Kirovograd region, the music school is the basis of professional music education, a creative workshop of artistic personnel, from which the cultural development of the region began and continues in time.

Piano performance, continuing the traditions of the Neuhaus school, is moving forward thanks to the active creative position of the head of the department L. Melnikova, in whose class the talents of the laureates of recent years A. Vasilenko and G. Poryvay grew and flourished. And how many pupils were sent on a journey across the musical expanses of the region by G. Rubin, D. Golobokov, L. Ashirov, E. Penchkovskaya! In the creative heritage of pianists is the All-Ukrainian competition of young pianists in memory of GG Neuhaus, which is an integral part of the annual festival “Neuhaus Music Meetings”.

Each performance of the band is like a big celebration of a meeting with the high art of classical music. Thanks to the orchestra, the people of Kirovohrad could hear F. Kovel Industrial and Economic College of LNTU trains specialists in full-time and part-time forms of education in the following specialties:
Production of agricultural machinery; Accounting; Organization of production; Maintenance and repair of cars and engines.
The licensed volume of admission is 255 people for full-time and part-time education.
The term of full-time study is 3-4 years, part-time – 2 years 6 months.
The contingent of students is 1,030 people, of whom 762 study full-time and 268 part-time.
